Mr. Langbart has worked as an archivist for the National Archives for 38 years and currently holds a position in the Textual Records Division. He has worked in the Judicial and Fiscal Branch, Diplomatic Branch, Military Field Branch, and in the area of archival appraisal for the foreign affairs agencies and the national-level intelligence agencies. He is the specialist in foreign affairs records and is knowledgeable about modern intelligence records.
