Biography:

Erica Auriane Croft is a second-year Ph.D. student in U.S. History. Her dissertation project is on the Civil War era reformers, politicians, and writers who participated in the Freedmen’s Aid Movement.

Research Interests:

U.S. political and constitutional history, the history of slavery, emancipation and abolition.
